Is this a good trade/deal?

Here is my situation. I have an Xbox 360 Live Headset, an NES and 10 good-condition NES Games that my friend wants. He's offering me his Original Xbox 1 console, complete with all wires, 2 controllers, and six games. He's also adding 30$ dollars on top of that, plus 2 unopened Halo Reach action figures, and a huge box of trading cards. It's either that, or he'll give me 95$ for all the things I'm giving him. What should I take? The 95$, or the 30$ plus all the other stuff? I just want to make a profit and can't decide on what to do. Thanks in advance everyone
