A general composition of any team is always a mix of good, average, and bad players. The mark of a great coach is that he can turn the poor players into performers using the finest players in the team. Buddy the best players with the weak ones so that they stay together and share ideas even after soccer drills, ensure that there are no comparisons drawn out amongst players, and motivate in a way that builds self-esteem.
