Who commands the 501st Legion?
I know all about Commander Appo and Bow, but what I want to know is if there's a General involved. Some sources claim Anakin's in charge of the 501st Legion and so commands them again as Darth Vader later on, evidence pointing to Captain Rex and the 501st clones under him in Clone Wars. Other sources say they were Palpatine's personal elites and the Clone Wars thing was just like the other battles from Battlefront 2 where a group of 501st troops help some other trooper division. If anyone knows, a little clarification would go a long way.
In Star wars battlefront 2, the scenes before battles say that the 501st belonged, personally, to Palpatine then at the attack on the jedi temple the command of the 501st was handed over to Darth Vader and are commamnded by him until after the battle of hoth when they are disbanded, Hope this helped!
