Why is the Darth Revan action figure so expensive?

I understand why the vintage figures are expensive, but can someone explain to me how come this trio of action figures from the Star Wars Saga collection, Darth Malak, Darth Revan and pre cyborg Griveous are quite expensive?
Bad distribution, scarcity, limited run? what determines the price of a figure on the secondary collector's market?
